Delete your BharatCaller account

If you have the app, open Settings › Account › Delete account. No app? Verify your number here.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, photo, gender, date of birth and settings
• The name you set for your own number in caller ID
• The contacts your phone uploaded, and the names they gave other numbers
• Your call history, profile visits, blocks and name suggestions
• Your sign-ins on every phone, and any chats, support tickets and Spam Warrior application

What we keep, and why

• Spam reports you made, with your number removed, so they keep warning others about spam and fraud.
• Records of referral money we paid you, if any, for 8 years, because accounting law requires them.
• Names other people saved for your number in their own contacts. Those are theirs. To stop your number showing in search and caller ID, email us to unlist it.

How long it takes

Your account closes straight away and you’re signed out on every phone. We finish removing your data from our servers within 7 days. Deleting can’t be undone; you can sign up again later as a new account.
